The China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone commissioned its first residential building on Tuesday for employees of the park's companies.
The 156-apartment mansion, built by the China Railway 25th Bureau Group, comprises 70 one-room apartments and 70 two-room apartments with the rest being three-room ones.
The industrial park's development is key to deepening partnership and friendship between Belarus and China and their peoples, Belarusian Deputy Economy Minister Yelena Perminova said after the commissioning ceremony.
The industrial park is the largest joint project between China and Belarus, which is being created as a working platform for high-tech companies from around the world.
