An agreement on Cooperation and Joint Establishment of the Union of Social and Human Sciences was signed here between Shanxi Normal University of China and the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan on Monday.
The press service of the academy said the document was signed by Vice President of Shaanxi Normal University Fen Xudong and Acting President of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan Murat Dzhumataev.
This agreement, initiated under the One Belt One Road project, provides the two parties with project cooperation, training of personnel, joint use of scientific resources, the creation of an intellectual databank and cultural exchange, the report said.
The "Silk Road" Union is intended for cooperation between research organizations and higher education institutions on the basis of joint development.
