The Moroccan economy is expected to grow 3.2 percent in 2018, the government said.
The Prime Minister's office said in a statement that its forecast rate is higher than what the official High Commission for Planning has announced, which is only 2.9 percent.
But the government forecast remains below the expected growth this year, which stands at 4.8 percent.
The government is also planning to limit its budget deficit to 3 percent of GDP, down from 3.5 percent in 2017.
The Moroccan economy was hit hard by a drought in the autumn of 2015, which compromised the 2016 agricultural production. Helped by heavy rainfall in late 2016, the economy has greatly improved.
The Moroccan government has vowed to reach an average annual growth between 4.5 and 5.5 percent during 2016 to 2021.
