China will further facilitate foreign enterprises' venture capital investments in Chinese companies, said Premier Li Keqiang at the Boao Forum for Asia on Thursday.
The country will also improve the regulations on foreign investors' strategic investment in mainland-listed companies as well as on their mergers and acquisitions with domestic enterprises.
