The Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB), a prominent business school in China, held a Belt and Road summit in Xinjiang's Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone (Toutunhe District) on July 19.
The summit is part of a school forum series to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the school's founding and continue the tradition of cultivating business leaders with a global vision, a strong sense of social responsibility and an innovative mindset.
More than 40 alumni entrepreneurs from across the country attended the summit, paying a visit to the Urumqi International Land Port Zone, the Xinjiang branch of China Railway Construction Co Ltd and the Xinjiang Software Park.
Liu Haijiang, member of the standing committee of the Toutunhe district, said that the development zone is enhancing its cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road to develop its international logistics industry.
