Introduction of OBOR100
One Belt One Road 100 (OBOR100), founded in May 2015, is composed of celebrities from all walks of life, including government officials, entrepreneurs, experts and scholars, and media professionals. It is oriented towards a “web of think-tank” that focuses on providing intellectual support for the Belt and Road.
Effective promotion of the B&R should be backed up by both business enterprises (state-owned and private enterprises) and the government at all levels. Experts, scholars, and think-tanks make up the center and brain of the B&R that provide intellectual support. And the forth main part giving wings to the B&R is the media. Currently, these four main parts in China have yet to work together to offer the society significant research results by resolving the problem of their dispersion and serious shortage of resources integration. Otherwise it is unable to form coordinated strength and docking international. Therefore, OBOR100 is set up to promote the interaction among the main resources.

ertaining to affairs concerning Expert, Culture, State-owned Enterprise, Private Enterprise and Media. Some representatives are as follows.
3 Developments and Research Achievements
The WeChat public platform and the official websitewww.obor100.comhave been opened. Sina Finance & Economy, Guangming online, China. org. cn and huanqiu.com have established theory columns for OBOR100. Beijing Program Production Center, Guangdong Radio & Television is the cultural base.
The B&R, unlike anything that is seen as a new version of the ancient "tributary system", or the largest "unfinished project" of the international relations history or the "Marshall plan" of Chinese version, symbolizes and leads China’s rise through peaceful means. The actual B&R begins with a map from the mind.
Two annual conferences and an Experts Summit Forum (on March, 28, 2016)have been hold since the R&R Initiative put forward in 2013. The first annual conference of OBOR100 was held in Beijing Language and Culture University on August 8, 2015. It was co-sponsored by OBOR100, Phoenix International Think-tank, the Commercial Press and Beijing Language and Culture University. More than 200 experts, entrepreneurs and media gathered to discussed the theme of the conference “the B&R—From Version to Action”. ZHOU Yanli, vice president of China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC), ZOU Ming, vice president and chief editor of Ifeng, YU Dianli, general manager of the Commercial Press, and CUI Xiliang, president of Beijing Language and Culture University attended and presented keynote speeches. Moreover, there was a discussion by more than 30 senior experts and entrepreneurs on the topic of Government & Politics, Business & Economic, Culture & Humanity, and Media & Communication in the B&R context.
On August 28, 2016, the second annual conference of OBOR100, co-sponsored by OBOR100, the Commercial Press and Beijing Language and Culture University, and Zhenjiang Entrepreneurial Elites Federation, was held in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. The theme was Cities and Enterprises—Twin Engines of the B&R, because we believe that cities and enterprises are both vital parts of the B&R and are both indispensable. YU Hongjun, former deputy minister of International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, ZHOU Hanmin, member of CPPCC standing committee and vice president of China Democratic National Construction Association, OU Xiaoli, inspector of NDRC Western Development Department delivered their keynote speeches. Their deep-going discussions and understanding on the theme caused a positive response.
In addition, two annual reports have been published, three research trips (to Australia, Cambodia, Poland and Czech) have been undertaken and two face interviews with experts have been hold. The outstanding achievements such as “colloquial B&R”,“B&R pain points economics”, “B&R culture economics”, “B&R intelligent industrial parks” win warm praise with the widespread influence on the society. Apart from this, to meet the needs of the entrepreneurs who want to gain an understanding of the current status and trends of industrial cooperation along the B&R, OBOR100, the ChinaInternational Trade Institute (CITI), and China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) co-released the White Paper on the B&R Industrial Cooperation, which has provided detailed information about economic and trade cooperation between China with the countries along the B&R.
